Full Returns Policy
For return enquiries or to start a return please contact us @ returns@gameshop.co.nz or on Facebook Messenger.
Faulty Goods - Where the items arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or the wrong item is delivered we will do our best to put things right in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
This means you will be entitled to either a refund or a replacement item - your choice.*
We will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid courier label for you to return the item.
*Please note that we will require the faulty goods to be returned to us prior to a replacement or refund being issued.
Lost items - Where the item goes missing during transit we will investigate with the courier company to try and locate the missing item.
If the lost item cannot be located you will be entitled to either a refund or a replacement item - your choice.*
*Please note if you have provided the courier with an "authority to leave" or instructions to leave the item without a signature - we cannot be held liable if the item goes missing after it has been delivered.
Change of mind - You are able to return your item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. The item must meet the below conditions -
- The item must have been delivered no more than 7 days prior.
- The item must be brand new - still sealed - and unused.
- The cost of postage both to and from us must be paid by the buyer.
